Vendor Rules and Regulations
2025 Event Guidelines
To help ensure a smooth and successful event for everyone involved, we’ve outlined important guidelines covering arrival, setup, safety, and operations. Please review the full Harvest Day Vendor Rules and Regulations below. By purchasing your vendor spot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to follow these policies.
Vendors will be assigned a specific location prior to the event and will receive an email with booth details and arrival instructions a few days before the event.
The arrival instructions will include contact information for the Event Coordinator for day-of questions.
Vendors must set up within their designated space (10′ x 10′ or 10′ x 20′).
Arrival Times:
Group A: 9:00 a.m.
Group B: 9:30 a.m.
Group C: 10:00 a.m.
All vendors must be fully set up and ready by 12:00 p.m.
Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tents, tables, chairs, and signage.
Vendors may drive to their booth location to unload goods but must immediately move their vehicle to the designated parking area.
Vehicles are not permitted to drive or park on the grass at any time.
Important: Vendors must arrive during their scheduled arrival time. If you arrive late, you may not be able to drive your products to your booth. No vehicles will be allowed on event roads after 10:15 a.m.
Tents must be properly anchored to ensure safety in case of wind or inclement weather.
If you miss your scheduled arrival time, you may not be able to drive your products to your booth. No vehicles are permitted after 10:15 a.m.

No. Vendors must provide their own power solutions. Cell service may be spotty in some areas.
Vendors must remain open and staffed from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Early teardown is not allowed unless approved by Ford House event staff.
Ford House does not provide electricity, water, or any other utilities.
Food vendors must provide all required health permits and licenses to operate.
Vendors selling taxable goods are responsible for collecting and reporting applicable sales tax.
Cell phone service may be limited in some areas. Vendors should be prepared to accept cash payments.
Keep all cash and payment systems secure at all times. Ford House is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- After unloading, vendors must move their vehicles to the designated vendor parking area by 10:30 a.m.
- Only one support vehicle per vendor is allowed on-site during setup and teardown.
Vehicles are strictly prohibited from driving or parking on the grass.
Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drug use are prohibited on Ford House property.
Vendor displays and conduct must align with the family-friendly nature of the event.
Open flames are not allowed.
Vendors are responsible for keeping their area clean and free of debris.
All waste must be disposed of in designated bins. Do not leave trash behind.
Food vendors are responsible for safe disposal of grease and other food waste.
Ford House will collect refuse at the end of the event.
Vendor fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Ford House.
Harvest Day will take place rain or shine. Vendors should prepare for all weather conditions.
In the case of severe weather, Ford House may delay or cancel the event for safety reasons.
Vendors must follow all directions from event staff and comply with Ford House property rules.
These rules and regulations are not exhaustive. Vendors are expected to exercise good judgment, act in good faith, and follow all instructions provided by Ford House staff, whether communicated before or during the event.
Failure to follow these rules may result in removal from the event without a refund.
