Lighted Holiday Walk

Thursdays–Fridays from 5:30–8 p.m.
Step into a world aglow with the magic of the season at Home for the Holidays at Ford House. Enjoy a one-mile walk around the property as shimmering lights surround you. Along your walk, visit the Main Residence for a self-paced journey, witnessing how Eleanor Ford would have decorated the home for the holidays. Stop by the concessions tent for your complimentary hot chocolate, adding a delightful touch to your holiday excursion. And guess who’s stopping by every night? It’s none other than Santa Claus himself! Make sure to visit him for a photo op along the path.
Holiday Main Residence Guided Tour

Tuesdays–Sundays at 11 a.m., 12 p.m., and 3 p.m.
Travel back in time and spend the holiday season with the Ford family! Enjoy festive holiday decorations and learn about Ford family traditions during a tour of their historic home. Along the way, we hope you will share your traditions and stories to spark more conversation and help us celebrate the most beautiful time of the year! This tour requires climbing up and down multiple flights of stairs, and because of these constraints, it is not wheelchair accessible.
Accessible Main Residence Guided Holiday Tour

Embark on an extraordinary journey tailored to celebrate inclusivity and cater to your mobility needs with our Accessible Main Residence Guided Holiday Tour! This isn’t just a tour—it’s an invitation to experience firsthand a residence designed with your comfort and ease in mind. This tour is perfect for individuals with mobility issues as it will be held on the first floor of the home and does not require the use of stairs. Our expert guides are here to ensure every step of the tour accommodates your mobility requirements, providing insights into the thoughtful planning and execution of every detail. Secure your spot for this enchanting experience at Cookies with Santa at Ford House. Join us and witness the wonder in your child’s eyes as Santa Claus makes their holiday dreams come alive. Sensory-Friendly Cookies with Santa

Step into the magic of the season with our Sensory-Friendly Cookies with Santa experience, specially designed for children on the Autism spectrum or those with other sensory processing needs. This calm and welcoming environment allows each child to enjoy an unhurried, personalized visit with the jolly man in red—without the crowds, loud sounds, or bright lights of typical holiday settings.
Brunch with Santa
